  • ​Tickets will go on sale when categories/age divisions are finalized.
  • You will be notified by email with a deadline for purchasing your required tickets. 
  • Final categories and age divisions will be posted on this page one month prior to the competition date (or earlier when categories/age divisions are full). 

2025 Ticket Info

  • ​​Tickets are RESERVED SEATING.
  • Each entry will sell a total of 10 tickets @ $10 each, prior to the competition date by deadline given.​​​
  • Each contestant will need a ticket to have a reserved seat (your ticket can count as one of the tickets you are required to sell).
  • ​Ages 3 and up are permitted and will require a ticket at the door. Sorry, no babies because we are filming.*
*Please remind your family and friends that we are filming the singers for the Vocal Sport YouTube channel. Each singer deserves a quiet audience so their video will sound professional. Please be respectful and remove noisy children ASAP.

  • DUOS & GROUPS (all ages)
TENTATIVE TIMES FOR 2025:
  • Afternoon: Children and Teens
  • Evening: Adults,  Duos & Groups
​TENTATIVE AFTERNOON SCHEDULE:
  • 11:00 AM - Check-in (short sound checks and unofficial Meet & Greet)
  • 12:15 PM - Doors open to public
  • 12:30 - Pre-show
  • 12:45 PM to 3:15 PM - Competition begins / Winners announced
  • 3:15 PM to 3:45 PM - Meet & Greet with sponsors and judges (judges score sheets will be emailed)
TENTATIVE EVENING SCHEDULE:
  • 4:30 PM - Check-in (short sound checks and unofficial Meet & Greet)
  • 5:45 PM - Doors open to public
  • 6:00 - Pre-show
  • 6:15 PM to 8:45 PM - Competition begins / Winners announced
  • 8:45 PM to 9:30 PM - Meet & Greet with sponsors and judges (judges score sheets will be emailed)

FAQ'S ABOUT COMPETITION DAY 

  • Singers should arrive at check-in dressed in their performance wardrobe so that special lighting can be set according to the color(s) you are wearing at sound check. (Also so that staff can easily check wardrobe for compliance to rules.)

  • There will be a green room with mirrors and restrooms, but it's not for the purpose of dressing.
 
  • It's permissible to eat in the green room, but nowhere else in the building. Bring a snack and water!
 
  • Water bottles may be available for purchase at Box Office and may be taken into the main performance hall.
 
  • Contestants under age 18 should be supervised by parents or guardians at all times. 
 
  • The line-up will be given before the competition day so you will know which order you are performing in.
 
  • Singers may start out sitting in the audience then go backstage when the emcee announces that their group is lining up.​
