CAYCEE BROWN | ADULT CATEGORY (AGES 18+)

Caycee Brown is a female country vocalist from Midvale, Utah. She has been performing as a soloist since she was fourteen, but has been on the stage in some form or another for most of her life. Her goal as a country artist is to bring back that classic country sound that she fell in love with as a child. Gone are the days of Lefty Frizzell and Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn and Jimmy Dean. That pure country sound has faded from our radios, but not our hearts. That sound is what Caycee Brown hopes to bring back to the country diehards out there and introduce to her peers who’ve yet to see or hear it’s beauty.

Over the past few years Caycee has branched out with her music, performing as much as possible and spreading music everywhere she can. From large festivals to small local venues such as The Westerner and The Point After, Caycee is always performing. She has performed at large events like the Utah State Fair as well as local events such as Bluffdale’s Old West Days. She has also volunteered at local church functions and performed nearly a dozen shows at the Dicken’s Festival each holiday season. When not on stage, she is searching tirelessly for her next opportunity.

Ultimately, Caycee hopes to bring to others what music has given her. Whether it is your darkest moment or your purest joy, there is a song out there that embodies what you are going through, and hearing the right song at the right moment can change a person’s life. That is what Caycee hopes to do for others through her music. Whether she’s performing a cover of a country classic or sharing a song of her own, she hopes to be the catalyst for those moments that can change someone’s life.
